This is a great program!
I learned a lot about what happens in the body when I consume different types of food and beverages. It makes me want to make wiser choices about what goes into my body and really think before I eat.
I also love the focus on the applications and nuances for women with regards to specific contexts. Dr. Annie and Dr. Kendra explain their ideas very clearly and without judgment, so it is accessible for many different people.
It really goes to show how being armed with background knowledge helps us to make better diet and lifestyle choices!
